Business Analyst, Data and Process (Financial Services)

My client is a leading Independent consultancy who is looking for a Business Analyst to work across their firm. As well as further acquisitions to assess, map and document processes, data models and Technology dependencies.
Working as part of the firm’s Risk and Assurance teams you will get a chance to work with multiple different business areas to develop frameworks in place to map data flows

You will need to be able to:

  • Visualise at a high level what applications are used to provide services at the business level.
  • Highlight where third parties provide inputs/outputs and how data is transferred back and forth.
  • Support Risk, Cyber, Technology, Compliance, IT and any other teams with their action plans.
  • Ensure Data flows and Data maps are maintained and updated.
  • Support additional projects, such as data minimisation, development of data loss/business continuity testing and knowledge of applications and controls in place.
  • Support business transformation projects and date mapping insights for e.g. migration/ replacement of existing applications.

You will need:

  • Significant experience as a Business/Data Analyst in Financial Services
  • Technically savvy
  • Strong Communication skills

  • Problem Solver
