We are currently seeking a Data Analytics Manager with strong commercial acumen to decipher vast retail data into actionable insights, enhance performance and automate financial reporting in collaboration with the Finance BI team. In the role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance for Retail Performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate the transition of manual retail reporting to advanced analytical dashboards.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support business partners and drive retail performance improvements.
  • Analyse trends across various sales channels and cost lines, articulating performance narratives and forecasting future trends.
  • Lead the creation of data-driven store targets, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships across retail and finance departments.
  • Occasionally step in for senior finance leaders as needed.

What You Need to Know and Show:

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving outstanding commercial results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis with the ability to convert complex data into strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and various BI tools.
  • High levels of dynamism, resilience, and energy.

  • Broad experience working with multiple channels and product lines.
