Our client is a globally recognized leader in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is undergoing a large-scale business transformation to enhance efficiency, digitisation, and process standardisation.

The Transformation Deployment Lead will be responsible for leading the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across various business units and regions. This role requires a strong change management mindset, the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and expertise in deploying best-in-class business processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive the successful adoption of new processes, digital tools, and operational frameworks across global sites.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute transformation roadmaps.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and minimize business disruptions.
  • Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams to facilitate best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor progress, measure success, and provide regular updates on transformation initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Significant Transformation and programme management experience
  • Strong expertise in change management, process re-engineering, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation with a global scope.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
