Interim M&A Carve Out Senior Manager

Location: London (with frequent travel to Amsterdam) The Consultancy Group is currently supporting a Private Equity-backed business headquartered in Amsterdam. We are seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager with strong pre-deal (sell-side) carve-out and project management expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage carve-out projects in preparation for sell-side transactions.

• Oversee pre-deal planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across London and Amsterdam.

• Deliver robust project governance and risk management throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in M&A transactions, specifically sell-side carve-outs.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently between London and Amsterdam.
