What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will become a trusted member of the central Transformation Office, improve visibility of programme performance and value delivery, strengthen governance and decision-making processes, help identify and escalate critical delivery risks, and support the realisation of measurable operational and financial benefits across the transformation portfolio.

This role would particularly suit candidates from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, PA Consulting, Capgemini Invent, or Alvarez & Marsal, looking to move into a strategic in-house transformation role with significant executive exposure.
